For the products sold by SCREENS, the company is dedicated to providing its customers with high-quality products. However, if a customer needs to return or exchange a product, the following conditions must be met:
1. Return/Exchange Period: Products can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date. Customers must retain the delivery receipt and a copy of the order, accessible through their account, as proof of purchase for any after-sales inquiries.
2. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the order, or customers may be offered the option to receive gift coupons. Card refunds may take up to 4-6 weeks, subject to the payment gateway operator’s policy.
3. Products Sold by Third-Party Sellers: For products sold by third-party sellers, most offer returns within 14 days of delivery confirmation. Customers must check the specific return terms for each seller. All returns for products sold by third-party sellers will be picked up from the customer’s address, and SCREENS will not accept these returns at its showrooms.
4. Replacement/Exchange for Third-Party Seller Items: Items sold by third-party sellers are not eligible for replacement or exchange. Unless the return is fulfilled by SCREENS, returned items will be sent back to the seller. Processing the return may take up to one week for local orders and two weeks for cross-border orders, with an additional 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on the customer’s payment card statement.
5. Special Terms for Products Sold by Sellers:
o Certain sections of the agreement may not apply to products sold by third-party sellers. Customers acknowledge that these sellers are independent third parties, and any purchase agreement is between the customer and the seller, subject to the seller’s terms and conditions as well as applicable customer terms.
o The process for placing an order with a seller is the same as placing any other order sold by SCREENS. Payment for seller orders is processed immediately, and SCREENS will transfer the invoice value to the seller. If a seller requests direct payment information, the customer should contact SCREENS immediately.
o The product description will indicate who will fulfill the order. If not fulfilled by SCREENS, the order will be fulfilled directly by the seller.
o Customers may cancel a seller order from their account prior to the order being shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
o Sellers will attempt to ensure stock availability for delivery. If an item is no longer available, the seller will refund the customer so they can place a new order.
o Sellers set their own prices for products on the marketplace, so prices for similar or identical products may vary between sellers.
